SPADIVA CANCELLATION POLICY

Spa Diva values your business, and requests that the scheduling and cancellation policies be respected as follows: 

  Should canceling or rescheduling of appointments be necessary, Spa Diva must be notified minimum 24 hours in advance, in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service to the credit card provided. 

– No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reserved service to the credit card provided.

  Credit card information is required for online booking to guarantee the reservation, as well as for in-person booking at Spa Diva’s front desk.

  Following treatments, gift cards, VISA, Mastercard, cash or debit may be provided for payment purposes, other than the credit card information given at booking.

  Appointment times are non-transferable unless the full appointment times booked are respected.

  SPADIVA Gift Certificates have no expiration dates and are non-refundable.

Should Spa Diva not receive confirmation of your appointment 24 hours in advance, the appointment will be canceled.
