SPADIVA CANCELLATION POLICY
Spa Diva values your business, and requests that the scheduling and cancellation policies be respected as follows:
– Should canceling or rescheduling of appointments be necessary, Spa Diva must be notified minimum 24 hours in advance, in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service to the credit card provided.
– No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reserved service to the credit card provided.
– Credit card information is required for online booking to guarantee the reservation, as well as for in-person booking at Spa Diva’s front desk.
– Following treatments, gift cards, VISA, Mastercard, cash or debit may be provided for payment purposes, other than the credit card information given at booking.
– Appointment times are non-transferable unless the full appointment times booked are respected.
– SPADIVA Gift Certificates have no expiration dates and are non-refundable.
Should Spa Diva not receive confirmation of your appointment 24 hours in advance, the appointment will be canceled.
