Refund Policy

Gift certificates & Products: 

·  Gift certificates never expire, so you can use them at your convenience or even re-gift them if plans change.

·  Please note that gift certificate purchases are non-refundable.

·  All sales are final, whether completed online or at the spa reception.

·  For the health and safety of all our guests, product purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, even if the packaging is unopened.

Spa Services:

• Cancellation & Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
• Missed Appointments: If you fail to cancel or reschedule within the policy timeframe, you will be charged the full price of the service.
• Group Reservations: Cannot be cancelled once booked.
